They only lived in Amsterdam since March 2012 and they are already made it big on Dutch TV! Pastbook, an Italian startup founded by Stefano Cutello and Guiseppe Prioriello showed Dutch TV viewers what it is they do. The company that participated in the Rockstart Accelerator 2012 turns photos from social media platforms into everlasting printed photo albums. After the Accelerator was officially over, they decided to stay in lovely Amsterdam to continue working from here. Dutch media found out about Pastbook and so it all began…
A couple of days ago, the crew of Éénvandaag (Nederland 1) was at the Rockstart office at Herengracht to shoot footage for their program. Stefano Cutello, CEO of Pastbook, showed a vintage photo album like the ones his parents have in Italy. It contains all the photo memories the family holds dear. In times of social media, smartphones and Instagram, these kinds of photo albums are obviously out of fashion. Pastbook therefore creates the photo album of the present generation. This way, Stefano’s kids will be able to look at what their dad did and looked like – all packaged in a beautiful album.
