Rockstart

Rockstart’s mission is to build the world’s greatest startup machine. Rockstart actively helps startups be more successful in the first 1000 days by creating a global hub for startups to share, inspire, and connect. We love all startups that create something new and exciting, in any industry, with any product or service. E.g. in technology, food, entertainment, transport, fashion, you name it.

Now that is why we’re building the world’s greatest startup machine. For the people, the dreams, the pain, the struggle, the freedom, the joy. The lives startup people live, the way they think, how they talk, work, dream and aim to change the world.

Our beliefs are best expressed in the Step Forward,Start-manifesto. Go have a look.

During its first 1000 days, Rockstart will focus on the following projects:

Rockstart.com – a great place for startups. Global hub for startups to share, inspire and connect in addition to fresh editorial content and the community feed.
Rockstart.apps – offering smart mobile applications to the startup crowd
Rockstart.library – premium startup reads- ebooks, docs, stuff that provides startups with tools and inspiration.
Rockstart.docs – documentary formats capturing the unique startup DNA. The first format will be released online in 2012.
Rockstart.festival – celebrating and experiencing startup life by inviting startups, fans, and those attracted to experience the startup spirit.
Rockstart.academy – hands-on training programs by industry experts to boost startup knowledge on specified topics. Distributed online and offline in the main startup hubs of the world.
Rockstart.spaces – solving urban vacancy by converting empty city buildings into inspiring workspace for startups.
Rockstart.angels- startup investment fund for angel investors. Leveraging the expanding network of knowledgeable and seasoned entrepreneurs.
