Ideedock is a tool that companies use to request ideas and solutions from employees.
The idea behind Ideedock is based on the assumption that “The majority of knowledge and information available to companies is non-documented and therefore non-searchable: It sits in the brains of their employees”. Ideedock is a tool that allows companies to engage their human resources and their connections to find solutions in problems such as hiring the right employees or reaching potential customers, sponsors and many more without wasting time and money.
